I did a through inspection of the unit and found that the fault was located on L2 of the ice machine & not with the wiring going to the unit. Tara came out SAME DAY, found the issue, remediated the problem and got the customer up and running! The customer service I received was ABOVE & BEYOND what most people are willing to do these days!!!
